FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the scope of work. I try to be as fair as possible. It’s taken me years to master my craft and get as fast as I am so you end up paying a little bit more upfront but I’ll save you money in the long run. I work fast and efficient to avoid missed deadlines and frustration. I give discounts sparingly by discretion. I’ve worked with enough nonprofits, fundraisers and churches to know they don’t all need to save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss your ideas and audience. The image you want to portray. We discuss all aspects a of the brand and company and then I work up some rough sketches. You choose some elements or full designs and I refine them further. This process continues until you’re satisfied with the end result. Then I send you the final design file along with the packaged contents and various file formats and resolutions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started designing graphics for my angelfire website when I was about 12 or 13. I fell in love with the ability to create things that everybody could see. The internet was so new and exciting, I loved designing things and editing photos for my friends just for fun. Its crazy to think I get paid for this haha I love it.
