- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ESL class pricing is $20 per hour. You may choose a 60 minute or a 90 minute class. Flexible scheduling. Translation - Spanish to English translations can be priced per word, per page or per hour, depending on the type of project. Pricing is .08 USD per word; $15 USD per page; $15 USD per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When an individual requests English classes, the first step is to do an evaluation of their current level of English. This is also done online with a written, listening and speaking evaluation and generally takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. There is no charge for the evaluation and the student is also given the opportunity to explain what their preferences and English speaking goals are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In ESL - I have over ten years of teaching English abroad. I have worked with English institutes and with private lessons. Translation - I have over ten years experience in translating Spanish to English. I specialize in the medical area and also have experience with the area of mining as well as all general translations.
