These guys never give up. I had an application I needed written to take videos and cut specific time frames from them to automate the creation of Music Video Previews. What I needed was complex and had been through 5 developers who had taken me for my money and really took me for a ride. I responded to their CraigsList ad on a whim, thinking oh this will end the same way. To my surprise the first email I was greeted with was not canned and very personable. George took the time to help assess what I needed in my site and what services would best help me reach my goals. These guys are so much more than what they seem to be from the surface! To not hire them is a mistake, they can and will give you the same quality of work as the big boys! Best money I EVER spent on my website! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

I have been in business for almost 40 years. From about 1990 on we began working our way into computers. From yellow screens and green screens to the present we have used a lot of folks for a variety of reasons, with varying degrees of success. I can say without equivocation that George Young and BetaZed are the most astonishing group of professionals with whom I have had the pleasure to work. George is a pit bull. We came to him in August of 2011 to solve a problem with FedEx and our uniquely-written shopping cart. The original developer had disappeared into the mists. George and team picked it up and, through several months of wrestling this system into line, managed finally to gain complete control of it and smooth it to a purr. In the process of watching them work, we switched to a unique server which BetaZed is maintaining. We went to a monthly fee-based administration with them which has saved our bacon on numerous occasions, securing us against some blunt-force attacks on the website. They monitor constantly, and reboot when the load is unbalanced or traffic is causing slowness in load time. George AGAIN wrestled with FedEx when they updated their shipping system in June of 2013 without checking to see how it would affect unique carts which drew real-time quotes. It was a mess, and George and his team wrestled through it for 3 months and finally was able to get the rate-returns registering correctly. George, with a pretty impressive network that dovetails into his business, has pushed me kicking and screaming into Facebook, producing some extraordinary results. He, and a British colleague whose network is also impressive, have generated impressive SEO results while keeping the site humming and safe. Hands down, this is the BEST team I have ever encountered. They are worth every dime spent for ongoing support. I have only one caveat - these guys are racehorses. You will want to fold-up your CEO hat and put it into your back pocket, and LISTEN to these guys and gals. They will tell you the truth, and not give you a pant leg full of sunshine. If you need to micro-manage every micro-second of your project these are not your guys. Rod Hammond, their Projects Manager, will be timely and informative, but he will live within, and expect you to live within agreed-upon time frames. Other than that, I can't imagine why you would hire anyone else. They have, quite simply, made this part of my online retail business seamless and a joy.

BetaZed Provided a wonderful solution to my big problem. My husband and I 5 years ago had a painting striped up into invitations with ID's and Passwords on the back of them along with the web address. Upon entering the site it would ask for your ID and Password. After a successful entry it would display the image of their invitation and zoom out showing the full painting. We no longer have the site up but they did a wonderful job and helped us make our wedding even more memorable! Thanks for all the great work guys! Mary Strouse

We have hosted with BetaZed. for over 5 years! These guys really know what they are doing. They cost more than Godaddy, HostGator, and other standard hosting companies. However they are USA based you always speak to only 1 of 3 people and they deliver solid service. Our site went down on Christmas Day and they responded within 15 minutes and had us back up in 30 minutes. These guys took time away from their family to make sure our site got back up and running! Great service, American Based and Honest. They are not cheap but worth the money all the same!

If you want a website done and done right these guys are the firm for you. They are USA based and a team of 3! They may be a small team but they deliver BIG results! I had a website and I thought it was the best thing ever, but when these guys showed me what they could do with my site and brand I was floored! They are not the cheapest out there but you do get what you pay for with BetaZed. Dedicated, hard working, they think outside of the box, and communicate extremely well with their clientele. I also host with them and I must say THE BEST HOST I HAVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!

Yes constantly! The beauty of being in Information Technology is there are many ways to continue your education!!!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been into computer's since I was a young boy. I started out on an Apple II E programming screensavers, moved onto Comodore 64, and then around 10 I began studying at a computer shop. In highschool I was in a Cisco Academy and then moved on to prgrogramming and web design/development.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Custom websites from the ground up. Design, Development, and Internet Marketing. We also sell Hosting.
