We are Committed to preforming the best job possible with your family's health and safety as our main priority. You will deal with me (Mark) as the owner from start to finish on every job as I am "always" onsite. I have 25 years experience in residential and commercial construction, which means I know how your home or building function and operates, so I can trouble shoot the issue with out over estimating your project. My job is very satisfying. I enter many homes that may have an air quality or mold issue that is affecting the health of a family. After a through inspection and analysis we are able to wright a protocol and perform the work, knowing when we leave you home that it is safe and healthy for your family.

Our prices are based upon the work-scope of each particular project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our customers would be to come out to the home for an initial visit. We would do a through inspection and assessment. From there we would devise an action plan and work scope that makes sense to the home owner and the issue at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a number of certifications, some of which are required by law in NYS. We have our NYS Mold Mitigation licence, IICRC with two separate designations (water restoration and applied structural drying), LEAD Safe Certificate as well as being manufacture certified for some of our restoration products
