Our prices are based upon the work-scope of each particular project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our customers would be to come out to the home for an initial visit. We would do a through inspection and assessment. From there we would devise an action plan and work scope that makes sense to the home owner and the issue at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a number of certifications, some of which are required by law in NYS. We have our NYS Mold Mitigation licence, IICRC with two separate designations (water restoration and applied structural drying), LEAD Safe Certificate as well as being manufacture certified for some of our restoration products
