JC Home repair has done numerous jobs for me over the last few years. They have installed new sinks, new toilets, grab bars, ceiling fans, light fixtures. They built a gazebo over my patio and done some electrical work. They took out my counters when I was having new ones installed. They have done painting and trim work for me. They are always here when they say they will be here. They are very neat, there are not big messes when they work. Their prices are fair. I compared them with other home repair companies. Joe, the guy who has done most of my work is nice and friendly but not intrusive. They are my go to home repair company.

joe has worked for me for many years. he replaced my crank out kitchen window, put in a new floor, made and installed half wall panels I designed, installed 4 glass block windows in my basement and repaired my wheelchair ramp. the quality was excellent and the work area was cleaned up each day. I do not have any complaints.

JC Home Repair has played a huge part in my life the last few months. He has helped me with many things I have been unable to do for myself. Huge help in making my house handicap accessible and safe for my up coming surgery. Formed a wonderful and sturdy railing out of pipe and installed grab bars on my door way so I can manage the steps getting into my house. Recently installed grab bars in my tub for me to get in and out of safely. He also did some repairs to my deck over the summer. Highly recommend Joe for any needs you may have and he is also very quick to respond.

Generally, I charge $60 to come to the job and $35 hr. after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the needs of the customer. I advise the customer if I see a better or more affordable way to get the job done. I try my best to get the job done in a way that fits into the homeowner's schedule. I feel good when the job has exceeded the customers expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a general contractor for 20 years. This contractor delivered top notch quality work and has a great reputation. I always appreciated the attention to detail and quality that was our trademark.
