FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What my customers should know about pricing is that when we send you a quote thats just what it is a "quote ". If our price is too high we will certainly go down but we will never go up guaranteed . We pride ourselves in honesty and value our customers .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new customers ! We try our best to make you comfortable with us even if it is just taking a few extra minutes to conversant and ask you about your day . We know how hard it can be trusting new people into your family's home and we are very honored that you choose to trust us and we know how valuable that trust is in this business . Most of our customers we have had for quite awhile and see them as part of our family . We love our customers ,you are our top priority .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry for over 15 yrs . I started our in San Antonio at the age of 15 working for my older sisters janitorial business , then moved to Spring Tx where I worked for a few cleaning services where I learned they weren't so top notch . To me they charged a lot for what they considered " standard service " they trained you the way they wanted . There was one particular day cleaning with the LAST company I worked for and It was also my last DAY. I ask the other cleaner if she was gonna get soap scum off the bath sink her response to me was "if they want deep clean service ,then they need to pay for it " Big WOW! So from there I left that company and ventured out on my own . I keep my prices fair , work really hard , and have rarely had a dissatisfied customer , honesty is the best policy , I clean what I see because if I can see it I know my customer can see it :). In the end hard work pass off .
