James responded quickly via phone and was there the next day to shut down the sprinkler system. Very professional and friendly. He will be returning in the spring. The cost was reasonable. Had to contact the installer as it is a complicated system, but all got done efficiently and correctly. Very pleased customer.

Working with James with Trinity was an all-around wonderful experience. We had a pretty big job, including sprinkler installation, hydroseed, and softscaping done all around our yard. James had many good suggestions for plants, trees, etc that we should plant. James was very reliable, very professional, and very flexible. James responded almost instantly when I inquired about sprinkler blowouts. He said he would even come out the next day (Sunday) because of the weather due to change. He even drove over an hour just to come do the work. James was a saint. He will be the one to blow out for years to come.
