- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a co-designer with my husband, JAS Interiors and Design, LLC. I specifically focus on KITCHEN and BATH design. My work is 100% online; I don't travel to you, nor you to me. All communication is done by phone or email. Pricing varies project to project. Therefore, when asking for a quote, I request that you provide me with as much info about your project as possible. I accept 70% of payment upfront and the remaining 30% upon project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes: (1) 15-20 min phone conversation regarding your project. I'll gather necessary information from you, such as room dimensions, project goals and needs, color scheme, etc. (2) I'll build your project in Chief Architect. (3) I'll email watermarked renderings to you to view. When you're happy, I'll email you the final product/s after final (30%) payment.
