I woke up on a Sunday morning with no hot water. I finally found a company that did not charge an outrageous fee for a Sunday. The technician came out and gave me a price below competition. I had hot water 3 hours later...I would highly recommend this company to others.

I hired Chris to install a dishwasher, a toilet, and to fix a leak in another toilet. The quote was reasonable, and he made a good initial impression - personable and seemingly decent. After installing the dishwasher he called me out to look at it - it was sticking out and was not even. He explained the difficulty in getting it to fit properly. Asked him to try to get a better fit, he spent more time on it and improved it, though the result was not great. He then installed the toilet, did a good job with that, and was quick. He changed the flapper in the leaking toilet, then presented me with the bill, which included an additional labor charge for improving the fit of the dishwasher. After he left, the leaking toilet continued to leak. He came back, charged me $100 under the table to replace another part on the toilet, and assured me that he would get the toilet to stop leaking. The $100 did include a part that he said cost $22. The toilet continued to leak, so he said to give it a couple days to see if the pressure on the flapper would create a proper seal, and if not he would come back and replace the flapper again. Time didn't fix it, so contacted him to see if I could arrange a time for him to come back and replace the flapper. He scheduled a time, but then didn't show up. A couple days later I contacted him again to see if we could schedule another time. He scheduled another time, but again did not show up. I won't pursue it further. Two stars feels almost generous, but he did do a good job of installing the new toilet.
