Tim with R & W ProSound responded to my request very quickly, understood what I wanted, and gave me a great estimate. Work was scheduled and completed next day for less than half the estimate from other companies. Was a great experience and we will definitely be bring future projects to him first.

Tim and his helper did absolutely fantastic work. They were on time and very professional. The price we were quoted was very reasonable. They assembled bunk beds for my grandsons and we were very pleased with their work. Some of the directions were missing but Tim was able to figure it out and get job done in appropriate amount of time. This company comes highly recommended. As a handyman he can do almost anything small or large except for plumbing work. He also is s licensed electrician. Extremely satisfied!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the scope of work. It's hard to price without seeing the job since every building is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I personally will come out and do a walkthrough on 90% of jobs. Frome there I will write up an estimate and go from there. If hired we try and have the guys out in a timely fashion that works for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my lead techs all are constantly training to keep on top of all the new tech coming out. As well as extensive on the job training.
