A sealed driveway doesn’t use as much material so we don’t charge for materials not used. Asphalt that’s never been sealed will use more so we adjust our prices for that type of asphalt. Cracking in asphalt leads to water penetrating to the base of the asphalt which causes erosion and more cracks. We offer hot rubberized tar for crackfill. We offer discounts on multiple driveways of 2 or more. We do 500 sq.ft residential to 100000 sq ft parking lots.
