- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very picky about my finish product. I try to buy the best equipment and with my knowledge to give the best results. Pricing is fair for what I do. Feel free to ask about discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer, like to meet them face to face the fist time. Go over what they want and give them some other ideas and prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is mostly self taught with additional knowledge from the internet and books.
