Steve it is unfortunate that you were unsatisfied with the cleaning that we provided to you. We believe based on our previous experience with our clients in the professional cleaning business that our standards not only meet, but exceed those of our competitors. We feel perhaps a complete breakdown in communication which is a setback at times when doing all business via the phone , and to your wife I apologize if she believes somehow I sounded offensive on the phone, that was never my intention I just am serious about any situation where a customer is dissatisfied. We always take before and after pictures to any customer that requests we do so, or in any situation where the client will not at one point be present during the cleaning. This is so if for any situation where any expectations were not fulfilled while we were there we could take care of it for the customer. You disputed the photos we offered you, and offered no reasonable solution that could leave you satisfied. If we had discussed that the floor contractor would be installing hardwood floors while we would be there cleaning, and that we would never actually meet you when we had scheduled this clean for you, we would have definitely rethought even performing the clean having known the circumstances. We are both reasonable people, and do whatever we can to correct any dispute a customer has about our service within reason and come back to take care of it. We stand by our reputation and our many satisfied customers that we do not do business like that. We have many excellent reviews and testimonials from our existing customer base we only offer quality white glove cleaning services.
