Of the many things I appreciate about the services JDL Technology provides, the top item is that I have never had to wait more then several minutes, literally(!) for a response from Jason. We are a trial practice with constant deadline demands. Jason understands the nature of our business and the need for urgency in responding to technology issues. Over the years, he has patiently answered my many technology questions, teaching me the "who, what, when and why" of our technology set up. Even though Jason manages our technology services off-site, he stops by the office occasionally for "face time", just touching base and addressing any individual computer, copier/printer, or personal device needs or issues. As JDL Technology has grown over the years, adding larger businesses than our firm, Jason still makes us feel like his most important client! I wholeheartedly recommend JDL Technology and would be happy to answer any questions a potential new client may have.
