Introduction: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you a little background on who I am and how my company was formed. My name is James Zanatta and the President and founder of ProCraft Builders located in Spring Hill Florida. As a former firefighter and paramedic, my business is built on good morals, honest and trust; ethics that are instilled within me. My business is fostered on the foundation of integrity, hard work and passion for helping others make their vision a reality. I realized that while I appreciated my profession as a firemedic, I yearned for a deeper rooted passion that was inside me ever since I was a young child working alongside my father, who was a tradesman. This ignited a desire to buy and remodel my own real estate and soon led me to obtain my state builders license as a building contractor. ProCraft Builders was established as a residential and commercial company that specializes in remodels, additions and new construction. I am a serving member of the Hernando County Builders Association, which is affiliated with both the Florida Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders. I recently received the Hernando County Builders Association Remodeler of the Year for 2017, an honor that has recognized my hard work throughout the year. I do not take my ability lightly and will continue to strive to be better than I was yesterday. Becoming more than just a builder is my goal. I have lived in Spring Hill for more than 30 years and serving in the community in which I grew up in, listening to the needs of my clients and being a game changer within the construction business are just a few of the accomplishments that I will obtain as a business owner within this area.
