FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First, you and I will discuss your ideas and needs. I'll listen intently and make sure I understand what you want. I'll also let you know if I am able to meet your needs. We will also make sure you and I are on the same page, as far as pricing. 2. I will bounce my ideas off of you and we can decide on the vision. 3. I will make all of the nessacceray preparations for your shoot. 4. I will travel to the location beforehand, so I can get a feel for it. 5. One the day of the shoot, I will arrive at least 30 minutes early and prep. 6. I will introduce you to my camera and we will make magic together! 7. After the shoot, you will show me some of your favorite shots and I will promise to spend extra time on them. 8. I will put my finishing touches on your photos. 9. I will send you your photos and you can let me know if you would like me to clean up anything; which I will happily do. :-)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing when hiring a photographer is: Do you like their work? ...not how large their company is, not how fancy their website is, and not how much they charge. If you like their work and can see consistency, then see how comfortable you are when communicating with them. If you like their work and are comfortable with them, then hire them. Simple. As. That.
