FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complete job pricing on all projects. If you have minor repairs, we are very flexible and have hourly rates available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the process starts with a visit to the client's home. This gives me a better idea of what the project will involve, and also gives the client an opportunity to get to know us. The next step is to send a full written proposal to the client. This will include project details, price, and timeline. If the client wishes to proceed, we move to contract. This is similar to the proposal in that it includes a lot of details about the project, and is signed by both parties. Once construction starts, I am on the site full time to make sure everything runs smoothly, you won't have to worry about who is in your home and the quality of work they are doing, that's my job. We take it seriously. Upon a successful inspection by the local governing body, and approval of the homeowner, the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly two decades of construction experience and a business degree. I studied under some of the most established and respected contractors in the Southeast, who have since retired. I maintain relationships with them to this day.
