- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have varying levels of coaching and price will be dependent on what a business owner needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a face to face meeting with a customer. During this meeting we will discuss the goals that they business owner has and what the current challenges are. This meeting lasts 60-90 minutes. I do not charge for this initial meeting as I need to be able to determine how I can add value to the business and determine the level of coachability of the business owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years working in corporate environment leading large teams and managing multi million dollar budgets. Certified in 2012 as business coach.
