Arrived early, diagnosised issue within 10 mins. Bad hard drive. Replaced hard drive recovered data all in the same day. Price was great. Will use again. Best customer service I've received in a long time.

TERRIBLE. Asked him to clean up Outlook and he set clean up/removal for seven days AFTER his job?? Really? Instead everything is duplicated. I found out way more about his sad personal life than I EVER wanted to hear.Arrived 45 minutes later than he said he would., yet charged me for additional 1/2 hour even when I questioned him about it. I called him this am for a refund or I would write this review, not availavble.

Very funny. Not only did we fix her outlook issue we also advices her on her second computer and diagnosed it for free!!!! This person never called for a refund nor has responded to our requests for an email to send invoice.

Great service - took on a Lenovo laptop that wasn't working and was mis-diagnosed by the Geek Squad. They found out the issue, ordered the part and returned the laptop in great working condition. Very happy with the results
