I generally charge a flat rate which would include trip charge, incidental materials, tax and labor.

I find out what they want, then determine a plan of action to satisfy their needs.

I worked as a service technician for at&t for over 30 years. At at&t, I received state of the art training in telecommunication technology with an emphasis on quality and safety. I continually trained as new technology was introduced and brought online. Over the years, I received numerous awards for outstanding performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
