- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing for our services because every customer has different needs and we like to work with our customers to get what they want for the budget they have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to meet our customer and listen to what project they may have and discuss how we can make their project become a reality. Then after discussing the project we schedule a time to begin and complete the job. Before we leave the customers house we like to make sure that there isn't anything else we can do to make the customer satisfied .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the construction industry for a combined total of over 35 years.
