My name is Sean Meadows and I’m a personal trainer and fat loss coach. I offer personal training, couples, pairs, small group training, and online training.
Due to COVID-19, I am taking extra precautions to keep my clients and my business safe. This includes touch-less temperature checks when you arrive and disinfecting equipment before and after use. I do not require my clients to wear a mask during training sessions.
A little about my training technique. I have advance training in metabolic testing, nutrition, and weight management consulting. Adept at creating a warm environment in which clients of all ages can successfully achieve physique, health and wellness goals.
I guide clients in safe exercise, taking into account individualized goals and physical limitations.
Lead clients and groups of all ages through personal workouts and skill development training.
Counsel clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits to help them reach their goals in a safe and efficient time frame.
