He displays integrity and it is apparent that he genuinely loves and takes pride in his work. He has successfully diagnosed, repaired and upgraded my 2 MacBook Pros to a like new performance that was very cost effective. John made himself readily available for drop off and pick up of equipment and it’s like I have 2 new MBP’s.
