- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the design consultation. I will supply the client with a creative intake form to get them thinking about their design preferences before our meeting. We will have a brief meeting to discuss the form and give the client an opportunity to articulate things that may not be in the form or to ask additional questions. This meeting is usually conducted over the phone to ensure all parties are on the same page, but can be done via Skype or in person! Then the design work begins. Next, I submit several initial design concepts for the client to review. We will continue to tweak concepts or present new ones until the client is excited about the final product. The client is free to ask questions or express concerns throughout the process. I want the client to feel comfortable that we are designing something that represents their business and communicates their vision with excellence!
