FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client I spend a few minutes to go over any concerns they may have about the current condition of their furniture and what they need repaired. I then explain to the customer what they can expect during and after the repair is complete, including details of the restorative process and care afterwards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of furniture industry experience specializing in the repair and restoration of wood, leather, fabric and upholstery. I have the expertise to make stains, scratches, rips, holes, cracks and fades in leather, fabric and upholstery look new again.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
After Hurricane Harvey devastated South Texas with catastrophic rainfall-triggered flooding that generated 125 billion in damage, I have received numerous requests to restore antique furniture that has water damage and I am very pleased and extremely proud of being able to bring these pieces of furniture back to life for customers that have a non replaceable sentimental value for their heirlooms.
