- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It doesn't cost you a penny to be represented as a Buyer as the Seller is responsible for paying commission. When Selling your home, I charge a standard commission rate of 6% of the total sales price. However, I offer a 1% reduced commission rate for repeat Clients and to Clients who are both selling and purchasing a home with me. Additionally, I do offer reduced commission rates for special circumstances such as pre-foreclosure, divorce, etc. What is your home worth?
