- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We break every bid down by area so that the customer can see what they spend and where. Pricing itself is dictated by selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical bid process requires measurements. We like to get that initially so that when the customer starts looking at flooring we can help stay within their budget. It also helps us determine what floor will be best suited for their household lifestyle. After that we like to get a feel for what the customer wants in their mind. We never try to talk them out of what they want, but sometimes they may not be aware of a better solution. And sadly, most of the time a retail store or box store just tries to "get the sale" and upgrade them when not needed. Then we schedule and install. It's quite easy!

We are part of National Wood Flooring Association. We are a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), Houston Remodelers Association, Stain Master, Smart Strand Certified
