- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on session length, amount of people, and drive time. Most session are between 40-60 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is an assessment. The client will undergo multiple tests to find the clients current physical and mental state when introduced to physical exercise. Cardiovascular test (Vo2max) Strength test, Flexibility test(sit and reach) These test allow the trainer and the client make REALISTIC goals that the client can reach. Most of what is know about possible fitness goals has been polluted and lied about by media and common misconception. If your looking for a crazy loose 30 pounds or more in 2 or 4 weeks your out of your mind. Any such results in weight loss is CRASH dieting and has severe implications to your heart heath. The client MUST be willing to be held to the highest level of accountability if the client fails to maintain this accountability they will be released with any payment of sessions refunded. -Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
