- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THE GOAL IS TO HELP OTHERS, NOT PROFIT FROM THEIR MISFORTUNE. *We only charge a travel expense to a clients; city, state or other country, always the smallest amount possible just to cover our costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone interview. If we feel we can help, then we will set up an appointment. We then research the property history. On the appointment date we meet with the family and go over any hot spots & paperwork. Then the family will leave so the investigation can begin. Subsequent events will depend on the situation and may vary in each case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
