- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I vary my pricing based on frequency. If you are more serious about your program and come at least 3x a week, the price is reduced to $65 a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new clients, I start with fitness assessments to determine the best route to take in order to reach their fitness goals. The first workout is free and will involve the following assessments: overhead squat assessment, cardiovascular assessment, strength assessment, BF%, weight, and circumference measurements. Afterwards, I will finish explaining my program and explain how I can help you reach your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 1 of 90 Master Trainers within the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the only one in the Houston area. I have the expertise to help you accomplish all your fitness goals!
