- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is free and we will go through an assessment of where your at physically. Then discuss what your goals are. If we seem like a good fit we will move forward and put together a game plan. It may involve meeting once or twice a week and me giving you workouts to do on your own for the rest of the week or it may involve meeting 3-5x per week. It will depend on your goals, schedule, and equipment recourses.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been training myself since high school. In 2013 I decided to I wanted to help other people along in their fitness journey and help them reach their goals. I opened a CrossFit gym in Farmington, MN. I recently sold my half and moved to Houston in order to be closer to my my Wife’s family.
