- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client requires a different marketing mix (Google search, social media, email marketing, etc.) so we create a unique pricing system dependent on the plan required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial in-person or phone call kickoff meeting to ensure business goals are aligned. This will provide an agreed basis for revenue, lead or other key performance metrics. We want to be sure that we understand the business and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our specialists are Google AdWords certified. We stay on top of trainings, certifications and are continually learning and growing. Digital marketing is fast-paced and we ensure we are always on top of that learning curve.
