Bill came over to view and estimate the projects price for our kitchen back splash. His price was very fair. He arrived on time (2 day project) everyday, he was courteous and professional. Bill also cleaned up at the end of each day. We will hire Bill again for our future projects. I highly recommend Bill for your next tile projects.

Details: Kitchen • Backsplash • 25 - 50 sq ft • Yes, existing tile needs to be removed • Drywall • Ceramic • No; but I will buy the tiles myself

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to simplify bids( depending on the size of the project) I usually bid a day rate on smaller projects and I separate materials cost and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 is communication. I arrive on time and ready to go for all appointments and work. I always clean up well after myself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years of on the job training from some of the best masons in San Diego. Wide variety of projects and phases (ie. demo, steel, plumbing and electrical, tile and coping, block walls, forming for concrete, fire pits, fireplaces, fountains, etc.
