Introduction: I am a certified Stott Pilates Instructor and have been teaching Pilates for over 8 years. I have a home based studio with a full reformer along with TRX equipment which I am also certified to teach. I can help with core strength, flexibility, low impact exercise for people with joint issues, and all over athletic conditioning.
I love working with people and helping them reach their goals. Pilates is a different approach to fitness that most people are not familiar with. I enjoy introducing the Pilates practice and teaching the benefits as an alternative fitness program or just as a laying piece to a current program.
