- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical trademark for a single class filing will cost $800, including government filing fees. A typical utility patent filing will cost from $4000 to $7000 exclusive of government fees. A typical design patent filing will cost $1500 exclusive of government fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to conduct a telephone interview which takes about 15 minutes. After that we can decide the best course of action for your intellectual property matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed as an attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and have several state licenses. I have graduate degrees in the sciences and have over 25 years experience in a variety of fields including but not limited to general articles of manufacture, pharmaceutical, computer software, aerospace, chemistry, medical devices, lasers, and automotive industry.
