- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is per project as every project is different. We prefer to meet our clients and discuss overall budget and provide realistic pricing on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish an initial meeting to discuss project. From there we will establish a budget and once client is comfortable with the overall budget we will provide a detailed estimate. We can also provide renderings where needed for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience in the home building/renovation field. I have a design background and am AutoCad certified. Our team regularly attends continuing and manufacturer training to keep up to date on the latest trends. Our team are all experts in their respective fields and we bring that knowledge to work everyday to design the best spaces for the best prices for our clients.
