- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always meet your groomer that is going to groom your furbaby. Never drop off with receptionist or in the lobby.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How often does their budget allow their pet to be groomed? How much experience does the groomer have? Does their pet have the temperment required for the haircut requested? (fancier haircuts require pets to be accustomed to the process). What system is used to dry their pet? What specific products are used for bathing? What is specifically included in the full groom? Will your pet be supervised at all times in the same room as the groomer? If pets are left uncrated, what procedures are in place to protect your pet from other pets?
