- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary due to size 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes. Contact me for a bid to repair and more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally most jobs are set up for 6 30 PM due to my employment during the day as a Maintenance Supervisor over a large apartment community. Most days I can come the day you call. I offer free estimates by appointment and will schedule the most convenient time with the customer to complete the requested repairs. Some jobs can be done completed the same day, within the hour, depending on the job. Invoicing is done by E mail or mailed. Some jobs require materials to be ordered and may take a little longer until the order arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 30 years hands-on experience, Heating & air plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, countertops, window repair or replacement, turn key repairs and make-ready turns; trashing out all trash left in the dwelling, painting, repairs with approval. List will be provided with estimate of repairs to be completed upon approval and anything you would like to add to list. Upon completion of repairs, cleaning, carpet cleaning and locks changed. Inspected with owner upon completion to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
