Introduction: I work full-time as a maintenance supervisor of a large apartment complex over a small maintenance team in Baton Rouge, LA I enjoy doing small jobs after work in the evenings in the Rouge and Hammond area. I also have an associate that can handle in repairs needed during the day by appointment. When most companies are shutting down for the day, I'm just getting started. I have a three-man team to handle most any home repair. Turning rental units is our specialty! Make-ready turns, trash outs, painting, cleaning and repairs for your next renter. One call we handle it all! Plumbing,sinks faucets,locks rekeyed, blinds,doors, door stops, fire alarm, a/c repair, coil clean, elec,window pane or window replacement. pressure washing and lawn care services, plus much more. We can handle your apartment turns and repairs. I'm a handyman who loves to fix what most can't. If you have an A/C company looking at your unit and claims the unit needs to be replaced, call me before you make that costly expense. I might be able to make the repairs to save you a lot of money. If I can't, I won't charge you. Many times a/c units are a simple fix,that the big A/C companies like to replace, to put more money in their pockets.

Extremely rare to find a repairman that will troubleshoot over the phone with you and possibly save you an avoidable repair/maintenance bill.

Pricing can vary due to size 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes. Contact me for a bid to repair and more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally most jobs are set up for 6 30 PM due to my employment during the day as a Maintenance Supervisor over a large apartment community. Most days I can come the day you call. I offer free estimates by appointment and will schedule the most convenient time with the customer to complete the requested repairs. Some jobs can be done completed the same day, within the hour, depending on the job. Invoicing is done by E mail or mailed. Some jobs require materials to be ordered and may take a little longer until the order arrives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 30 years hands-on experience, Heating & air plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, countertops, window repair or replacement, turn key repairs and make-ready turns; trashing out all trash left in the dwelling, painting, repairs with approval. List will be provided with estimate of repairs to be completed upon approval and anything you would like to add to list. Upon completion of repairs, cleaning, carpet cleaning and locks changed. Inspected with owner upon completion to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
