- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have built relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers so we are extremely competitive with our pricing procedures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well to start we set up a meeting to discuss and view the project. We then discuss exactly what the homeowner is wanting to get accomplished. We would then put in an estimate on the work discussed. If the homeowner feels our pricing is fair we then proceed with a contract on the project and schedule an install day. Once the day of the install arrives we collect 50% of the contract amount the morning of, then the following 50% after completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company regularly trains with our manufactures to stay up to date with the materials we use. We do tours of the plants, roofing conventions, road shows, and also small seminars in various locations.
