I have known and worked with Erika for over 10years. She is knowledgeable and professional. Erika consistently demonstrates extensive knowledge and expertise in her field. Myself, as another professional in the field, can honestly say,she always has something new to teach me.Sep 3, 2017
I am always encouraged by Erika, she pushes me in such a way that I feel like I can conquer my goals for fitness.. she has great energy and enthusiasm, she keeps in touch and always has time to answer questions and explain things, she's truly knowledgeable and responsive to what I am looking for, for my health and body...Sep 3, 2017
When I first met Erika I was a complete beginner I literally knew nothing! Within the first few months she had me feeling stronger, more coordinated and so motivated to keep moving forward! Really gave me confidence and is a continuous support system.Sep 3, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to set up a meet and greet... free consultation including movement assessment... to discuss the clients goals and see if we are a good fit. We can go over all questions and decide on a program and package that fits their needs best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My whole life I've been physically active and outdoorsy person. As a young gal I was an athlete and participated in as many sports as I could! Getting involved in horses at a young age as well and became a competitor and eventually started training and teaching. Primarily working in the competitive horse industry all of my life I've tried to stay physically strong and fit, especially after an injury or set back! Getting back into my own health and fitness goals developed into a stronger passion to finally further my education in the field and start helping other people as well! I'm NASM certified as a personal trainer, finishing up my Corrective Exercise cert and then my Nutrition cert!
