- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Investment information is provided upon request. We are a full-service portrait studio and offer a large selection of heirloom quality prints, albums, and other portrait products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure that every client has an experience that is over the top fun and exciting! Before your session, Shelby will work with you to pick out the perfect wardrobe and locations during your style and session consultation. The day of your session, you have the option to have your hair and makeup done by one of Shelby's experts. This typically takes place either in the studio or in a local salon. Once we finish your portrait session, we'll set a date for your Gallery Reveal and ordering appointment! The Gallery Reveal is an exciting event where you will come into the studio to see your images and decide what you want to purchase from the session - whether it's prints, graduation invites, or heirloom albums, we have you covered! Shelby offers a variety of products that are unique and will withstand the test of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes at Watkins College of Art, Design, and Film. I also have taken many courses online, have attended multiple education conferences, and have done extensive at-home study.
