It was an urgent matter! a pipe in my kitchen was busted and I was in dire to have this repaired ASAP, otherwise it would cause complete mess around my kitchen floor. Well, I've called several plumbing companies and I was told the waiting time is at least 1 1/2 to 2 hr. I couldn't wait around that long so I kept calling around which is then I came across John Ra Plumbing co. He arrived my home within 1 hour frame time and started the work right away. He explained and pointed out the problems about my damaged pipe and that it wasn't as bad as it looked. It was really a simple work and he completed the job less than a hour .. wow!
What I liked most about this Company is their knowledge and expertise of their work, and not to mention the honesty that I got from this experience. Their pricing rate is very reasonable as well. It's tough to find good and reliable company these days, but I was fortunate enough to come across this time. I strongly recommend this company to everyone .. you won't be disappointed!

I'm sorry about the late feedback!
We had a leak in the basement. I called around several places and their quotes were too expensive. Also in the past, I had bad experience with non-licensed helpers that work for big companies... They usually didn't know what they were doing or they seemed like they were doing something right then I would run into further issues.
Well, John's quote seemed reasonable and nice, so I decided to give him a shot. He was very knowledgeable and confident...and he fixed it very quickly.... It's been few months and we haven't had any issues at all. I cannot recommend him enough. He told me that he's licensed in MD/VA and DC... And he performs like a master plumber!!! Thank you!!

Our drain would get clogged almost every month... we called technicians to unclog it by doing " snake"... and other methods... it would keep getting clogged afterwards.
My friend referred John R Plumbing to me... they came quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the situation. They found the real reason behind this " clogging" issue that day. Tree roots were in the main sewer line. They fixed it within few days and their price was extremely reasonable. They are real technicians!!! I recommend them highly.

I was introduced to John r plumbing via friend's recommendation and I am pleased with their awesome work. They fixed my troublesome water heater professionally without a hassle. I would use their service again and definitely recommend it, especially for water heater issues.
