Hello Ms. Miller, We hope you and your husband had a safe move to Canada and settled in nicely. We just wanted to respond on your feedback you gave us on Thumbtack and ask you to re-consider the evaluation you gave us, as we believe it is truly unfair. We are very surprised with your 2-star review and your comment regarding what we quoted you. We sent the screenshot of the description of your service, our quoted estimate and total invoice paid that we provided to you, which is exactly the same as to what we quoted. The only difference is in the description that you provided on Thumbtack, which was 3 rooms and 2 staircases, totaling to 1,000-1,500 sqft, which is not accurate. When our technicians did the walk through inspection, you actually had 2 bedrooms, a big basement (which cannot be considered as a room, since it was almost 1,000 sqft), hallway, and 2 staircases, which totaled to more than 1,500 sqft. When our technician nicely tried to explain that you have more square footage than you described and, therefore, will be an additional charge, you got upset with them and told them that it wasn't what was quoted. Mike called the office and brought it to my attention right away. I told them we will make an exception this time and move forward with the job even though it was much more than what you described on Thumbtack. As the CEO of this company, I also went out of my way to physically visit the home while the work was being performed, and I verified that it was much more square footage than it was described by you. Nevertheless, we still honored the quote even though it should have been much more. In addition to that, we also did upholstery cleaning for you that you told us that you were very satisfied with. With all due respect, after all we did to accommodate and ensure you are happy with our service and went the extra mile for you, your review of 2-stars and your comment of we "changed the quote" is not correct nor was it fair.
