Jacob responded within minutes of my initial contact and provided an ETA at a certain time. When that time came, he was there. Jacob diagnosed my refrigerator problem within seconds by only opening the it. He was also patient with me as I attempted to use a cash app to pay him which I didn't have added. Unfortunately, a few days later I had to buy a new appliance since the suggested remedy did not work.

Best appliance repair experience I’ve had. They responded quickly to an inquiry, came out within a day, and immediately diagnosed the problems. Jacob, the repairman, was terrific—really nice guy, really knowledgeable about the appliance and the problem. He returned the next day with the parts, installed them quickly, checked and showed me how they were working. He was great. And I think the rates were reasonable.

Was able to come out 45 minutes from our initial conversation. Hooked up the stove and gave me a quick tutorial about the color the flames are suppose to be. Very friendly and professional. Will be calling him back to install more appliances.

I ended up hiring Same Day Repairs to install a dishwasher that I had bought and had delivered from an online retailer. Jacob could not make the initial appointment due to traffic, but he was good at texting me and asking if he could come the next day, which was fine. The next day he showed up with an apprentice, but there was a problem with one of the parts on the dishwasher so it could not be installed. Jacob offered to order a replacement part and return the next day, with only the cost of the part added onto the fee. The next day Jacob came by himself and completed the repair. I have used the dishwasher for several cycles now without experiencing any problems. I would use Jacob again for an appliance install, and recommend him.
