I started looking a few months ago for a contractor to lay zoysia sod on my townhouse lawn. Several contractors were contacted but only 3 gave me an estimate. I assumed the other contractors didn’t want to do a small job. I didn’t go with JD originally but when the other contractor didn’t show up to do the work for me, I called JD back and asked him if he’s still interested in doing the work for me. He said he would like to but was having trouble finding zoysia sod in this area. Finally he agreed to redo my lawn with zoysia seed at a very reasonable price. JD said he’d do the job at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. Jorge and Santos were there at 7:30 and finished the job by 9:30. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work!
