- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually We charge $30.00 /h for each laborer we use in the job. In case of rocks etc we may charge more. Depending on the particular Job, we also charge for equipment use by Hour. If there is need of materials we charge the cost of the material and the cost of hauling it. In case of hauling away debris we also charge the cost of transportation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we do not do estimates without having all the information. Usually we arrange a visit to job's site in order to know it's particularities, distances and quantities to haul, needed materials, amount and type of debris, Dimensions of the job site, existence of permits etc. With this information we are able to produce a very precise Quote. Once accepted the quote we deal a contract with the client and once signed, we start the job as contracted. 1.- Mobilization: Here we move the equipment and or materials to the site, prepare to start working. 2.- Environment and property protection. 3.- Fulfill the job as contracted. 4.- Restore the site to its original conditions or better. 5.- Demobilization and follow up. remove equipment et al. This steps may overlap and most time do depending on the complexity of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers have more than 10 years of experience in the work they perform. From time to time we use subcontractors to perform specifics task but always under our supervision and taking full responsibility of their work.
