- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have priced my services competitively based on the current average rate of service. Due to lower overhead costs as a entrepreneur (solo) I am able to offer discounted rates, and have formulated my business plan to consistently keep rates low regardless of future inflation. If you have any questions or concerns on pricing please feel free to inquire. All payment is due up front unless a retainer is required. ~Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require at least 1 upfront consultation for up to an hour which is always included in pricing unless stated. This initial conversation is so I can get to know your company, goals and needs and better suit your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.A. from Norfolk State University and am almost finished with my MBA from UMUC. In addition I have over 10 years in customer service, 5 of those years in client management relations working in small to medium sized operations often times side by side with the owner, CFO and/or COO.
