They were an hour late, didn’t clean all areas i specified like the oven, microwave wasn’t done, floors were mopped but still dirty with crumbs on the ground, just in general lacked attention to detail (bathroom mirrors, top of toilet seats, shower doors). The value was good but overall I was disappointed that i had to go back and scrub my own floors after them.
