- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always base my price and size off servings needed. New customers always get free delivery. Also, any orders under $100 have to be paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually communicate through email, text, and messenger. I’m not always able to talk, but I respond to my messages rather quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once I took an interest in baking, started getting more and more into it. It took me 5 years to finally get professional training, but I did it. I attended The Art Institute of Houston and majored in Baking & Pastry. I graduated in 2014 with my diploma. I learned the basics there, but gained the more detailed decorating skills on my own. So you could say I’m technically and self taught.
