- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free no-obligation in home consultation (30-90 minutes): 1) After our initial appointment, in which we measure your space, discuss design options, and begin your design (3D design). 2) We provide estimates within 24-48 hours of your consultation, allowing you to visualize your design and make any changes as you deem necessary. 3) Once agreed upon, we execute a contract, coordinate scheduling to return and install your design (usually within three weeks). 4) Once completed, we clean the work area and you can begin enjoying your space. (All cabinetry is guaranteed for life! If a product ever fails during normal use, we will replace it free of charge.
